Waubonsie was made as part of an artist residency at Waubonsie State Park in the Loess Hills. I was provided a cabin in the park in one week stretches in the late fall, deep winter, and early spring.

The music comes from taking walks in the park, recording sounds in the natural environment, and bringing them back to the cabin to experiment.

A huge thanks to Matt Moles, Rebecca Castle, Waubonsie State Park, and Golden Hills for the opportunity.
